Denver superstar guard Allen Iverson is suing an Atlanta builder for construction so shoddy, he was forced to move his family elsewhere within two months, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The home, which cost $2.2 million, featured cracks in the brickwork and flooring, evidence of settling, and other indicators that it could not support its own weight.
The builder, Order Homes, asserts that their contract with the NBA's four-time top scorer allows them to make changes to the house rather than give the Iversons their money back. "Order Homes stands by all of its work on the Iverson home," said their lawyer. (More NBA stories.)
