Mahmoud Ahmadinejad carried his 9/11-was-a-hoax crusade a step further today by declaring that the US inflated the death toll, reports Reuters. "They announced that 3,000 people were killed in this incident, but there were no reports that reveal their names," he told Iranian media. "Maybe you saw that, but I did not. Ahmadinejad has played this game before, both with the 9/11 attacks and the Holocaust. But he seems bent on keeping conspiracy theories alive: Today, for example, he said no "Zionists" were killed at the World Trade Center because "one day earlier they were told not go to their workplace."
