Laurie David: Rumors of Affair With Al Gore False

A tabloid magazine's report that Laurie David—ex-wife of Curb Your Enthusiasm's Larry David—is having an affair with Al Gore is "completely untrue," she says. "It's a total fabrication," Laurie David tells the Huffington Post. "I adore both Al and Tipper. I look at them both as family. And I have happily been in a serious relationship since my divorce."

A friend of the Gore's, meanwhile, tells Huffpo that "Al and Tipper are still very close and spending together time this summer with their family." Another strong denial of the Star magazine report comes from Laurie David's agent. "I have no idea where it started from or why, but it is absolutely, positively and patently untrue," Dorian Karchmar tells People.
