(AP Photo/Richard Drew) The Dow opened below 10,000 today—a mark it hasn't closed below since February—as investors panicked over the conflict between North and South Korea and instability in European banks. The Dow fell 238 points, while the S&P and Nasdaq dropped 23 and 53 points respectively, according to the Wall Street Journal.
