(AP Photo/ Jerry Larson) The Army major charged with committing the Fort Hood Massacre left a military hospital early this morning and was transferred to a Texas county jail. Confirming reports that Nidal Malik Hasan is paralyzed from the waist down, his lawyer said he was moved from Brooke Army Medical Center near San Antonio to the county jail in Belton, Texas.
