George W. Bush and Dick Cheney had a bit of a reunion yesterday, more than a year after they left office and just three days after Cheney was hospitalized for his fifth heart attack. "Lookin' good," Bush said in greeting his veep. "Could be worse," Cheney told the president. The men appeared together briefly in front of Cheney's McLean, Va. residence, then proceeded inside, ABC reports, where they met for about an hour.
Bush is in town for a a Marine Corp dinner tonight and tomorrow's closed-to-press reunion of alumni of his administration, which Cheney won't be attending due to his heart attack. (More George W. Bush stories.)
