(AP Photos/Bebeto Matthews) Financial stocks sensitive to Interest rates took a small hit today as Ben Bernanke tentatively laid out how the Fed would eventually raise interest rates—but much of the market stayed steady as a blizzard consumed New York, the Wall Street Journal reports. The Dow fell 20 points to close at 10,038. The Nasdaq lost 3 points, closing at 2,148. The S&P 500 dropped 2 points, settling at 1,068.
