The audiotape that surfaced yesterday of OJ Simpson’s alleged burglary was recorded by the same man who tipped Simpson off about his stolen property’s whereabouts, which has one Simpson friend and co-defendant crying foul. “It seemed like a setup to me,” Walter Alexander told "Good Morning America" today.

Alexander said Simpson believed he was retrieving stolen goods. The Goldman family, meanwhile, is seeking to claim those goods, which include Simpson’s Hall of Fame certificate and the suit he wore when he was acquitted. “The stuff will never go back to Mr. Simpson,” their attorney told the AP. “He's going to walk out of Clark County empty-handed.” (More OJ Simpson stories.)
