(Getty Images) Stocks rallied today as investors grew less fearful that Dubai will default on its sovereign debt and a US housing forecast climbed to its highest level in 3 years, the Wall Street Journal reports. The Dow rose 127 points to close at 10,472. The Nasdaq added 31 points, settling at 2,176. The S&P 500 gained 13 points, closing at 1,109.
