Browns coach Romeo Crennel wouldn't comment on what he called a "personnel decision," but also wouldn't rule Quinn out as a starter. The fans' position on the issue is clear. Sunday's crowd booed starting quarterback Charlie Fry after his interception and five sacks, and began to chant "Bra-dy, Bra-dy!" Much is expected of the (surprisingly low) No. 22 draft pick, but Quinn may not yet have enough experience in the big league, having missed 16 practices in training camp.
