Basque separatist group ETA is claiming responsibility for three blasts today in the Spanish island of Mallorca, including one at a restaurant where so far there are no reports of injuries, CNN reports. ETA had already claimed responsibility today for a series of attacks in Spain in June and July, citing retaliation for a government offensive against the group. “When Spain responds with weapons, we will answer with weapons,” ETA said in a statement.

ETA is blamed for more than 800 deaths during its 40-year battle for independence for Spain’s Basque region.
