Kiefer Sutherland made nice today with the designer he allegedly head-butted at a Soho nightclub 2 weeks ago, E! Online reports. "I am sorry about what happened that night and sincerely regret that Mr. McCollough was injured," the 24 star said in a statement, the AP reports. Jack McCollough accepted, despite what he called a broken nose.

"I appreciate Mr. Sutherland's statement and wish him well," said McCollough in the joint statement. The reconciliation may lead a prosecutor to ask for a dismissal of Sutherland's third-degree assault charges, about the equivalent of a speeding ticket. Sutherland is slated to appear in court June 22.
