With a series of high-profile film projects on the table, Rihanna is set to jump back into the spotlight, the New York Daily News reports. An insider says the pop star is in talks to reprise Whitney Houston’s role in 1992’s The Bodyguard. A Charlie’s Angels sequel and a role opposite Justin Timberlake are also possibilities, though the singer’s camp denies all reports.

“Before the situation with Chris, Ri was getting a lot of scripts. She’s been wanting to do movies for a while now,” says the insider. She hasn’t forgotten her roots, though: Two tracks for her new album have already been cut. Rihanna has also been spotted out-and-about more and more, leading one eyewitness to report she “really looked good. She seemed happy—like she’s finally healing.”
