Post Malone seemed to be OK after falling onstage during a concert Sept. 17 in St. Louis. After being checked out, he did five more songs, then posted the next day that "everything's good." But it wasn't when the rapper woke up Saturday afternoon, hours before he was to perform in Boston, NBC News reports. Malone heard "cracking sounds on the right side of my body," he wrote in an Instagram story he said was posted from a hospital. "I'm having a very difficult time breathing, and there's like a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move," Malone added.
"With this pain, I can't do the show tonight," he said. Malone's first Boston concert was the night before, and Malone said Saturday he felt "so good" afterward, per Yahoo Entertainment. He had said he'd been given pain medication after his fall in St. Louis; his manager reported Malone had bruised ribs. On Saturday, Malone apologized to fans and assured them their tickets for the canceled show will be good for the rescheduled concert. His tour website shows his next scheduled concert to be Tuesday in Cleveland. (More Post Malone stories.)
