From seats (figure $1,000), to urinals ($200), to trash bins ($100), everything is expected to find buyers stricken with Yankee fever.

Though one company has an exclusive deal on "game-used" gear—from uniforms to dirt—those who would profit from actual pieces of the ballpark are anticipating a major windfall. And why not? One 59-year-old Denver accountant who's painted his basement to look like the House that Ruth Built tells New York that, though his wife is dubious, he finds the prospect of acquiring an original ticket booth ($25,000) "like, totally awesome."
