Clueless Star Arrested for Allegedly Scratching Hubby

Stacey Dash, the Clueless star who later became known for her Fox News punditry and brief run for Congress, was arrested Sunday night and charged with domestic battery. Dash is accused of pushing and slapping husband Jeffrey Marty, a lawyer she secretly wed in April of last year, law enforcement sources tell TMZ. Police were reportedly called to a Land O' Lakes, Florida, home around 7:45pm over a verbal argument that turned physical. "The defendant pushed the victim and scratched him in the face," says a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report obtained by the Miami Herald. "The victim sustained red scratch marks to his left upper arm from being pushed." Dash, 52, was taken to the local jail, and sources say in circumstances like this the local authorities typically hold people for 24 hours to "cool off."
