After Final Jeopardy on Tuesday night, the three contestants had totals of $59,381, $16,801, and $10. No prizes for guessing which one was James Holzhauer. The Jeopardy! phenomenon scored a 29th win and now has a grand total of $2,254,938, the New York Post reports. "Who needs Powerball? All you need is 28 days on Jeopardy!" quipped Alex Trebek at the start of the show. Holzhauer, who passed the $2 million mark Friday, could now be just days away from passing Ken Jennings' all-time record of $2,520,700, reports USA Today.

"For 15 years, I have thought somebody was gonna make a run at this record, 'cause I always knew it could be done. I was there," Jennings, who won 74 straight games in 2004, told Good Morning America on Tuesday. He said he found it unexpected and "really astounding," however, that somebody had gotten there in a third of the time. (More James Holzhauer stories.)
