Some nurses in Illinois went way above and beyond on behalf of a worried father. KTVI reports that Darius Hinkle was rushing his 1-year-old daughter to a hospital in Centreville because she was choking on a penny. By the time he reached the hospital, he had multiple police cars following him. Hinkle admits he was speeding and driving without a license, and he found himself behind bars as a result. Now the happy ending, times two: His daughter is fine, and nurses at the hospital chipped in to pay his bond and free him from jail. (More uplifting news stories.)
