Kim Porter, the model and actress who was in a relationship with Sean "Diddy" Combs for more than a decade, died of pneumonia, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office revealed Friday, per CNN. Porter, 47, who had twin daughters and a son with the rapper before their split in 2007, was found dead in her Los Angeles-area home in November; sources at the time said she had been suffering from flu-like symptoms for weeks. The Blast obtained a copy of the coroner's report, which says Porter was visited by a doctor three days before her death for symptoms including a 102-degree fever and coughing up a "mild streak of blood with phlegm."
But the night before her death, she was reportedly feeling better and had been watching movies with family before going to bed at 11:30pm. The report says that she was found with white froth coming from her mouth and a small amount of blood from one of her nostrils. There were empty bottles of water, Pedialyte, and sports drinks on her nightstand, and a bowl of tomato soup was also in the room. (Porter and Diddy remained close friends after their split. Here's what the rapper said after Porter's death.)
