The owner of a New York City condominium is including a trip to outer space with the purchase of an $85 million apartment, reports the AP. The condo is a 15,000-square-foot duplex located on the entirety of the 45th floor of the Atelier building on West 42nd Street in Manhattan. WNBC-TV reports the steep price tag for the 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom apartment comes with a number of other little extras, including two Rolls Royce Phantom luxury cars (one convertible, one hardtop), a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster, courtside seats for Brooklyn Nets games, a mansion in the Hamptons for the summer, a live-in butler for one year, and a private chef.
But that’s not all you get for the $5,667 per-square-foot listing price. The owners of the condo, which has been on the market for 819 days, are throwing in a $1 million yacht with docking fees for five years and dinner for two weekly at Daniel Bolud's Restaurant Daniel for one year, according to the listing on realtor.com. And don’t forget the building itself. The Atelier has basketball courts, terraces, sundecks, a fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, lounge, billiards room, and valet parking. If you’re in the neighborhood, drop on by. There will be open houses May 19-22.
