The Daily News reports that Trump got hit with a $250 fine this year for ignoring five previous summonses, but his lawyers chalked that up to a mix-up over mailing addresses. In the meantime, he'll play the candidate with a stop at the Iowa State Fair today, where he'll be offering free rides in his helicopter.
