The email circus continues, with the Huffington Post revealing that Eric Holder has used three email pseudonyms as attorney general. A Justice Department spokesperson says it's all aboveboard and a fairly common practice among top officials to keep their inboxes under control. The three aliases are all official ones of the @usdoj.gov variety, and those who handle FOIA requests know about them. The spokesperson also described the aliases as "soulful." Judge for yourself:
- Henry Yearwood: It's a combination of mom's maiden name and the first name of another relative.
- David Kendricks: A combination of David Ruffin and Eddie Kendricks of the Tempations.
- Still a mystery: The spokesperson won't divulge No. 3, hinting only that it's based on an athlete's name.
