(AP Photo/Jane Flavell Collins) Two of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's former college buddies were formally indicted today for allegedly helping the Boston Marathon bombing suspect ditch evidence. Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov, both 19 years old, were charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice and obstruction of justice, the Boston Globe reports. When they were first arrested, they were charged only with conspiracy. The two Kazakhstan nationals were classmates and close friends with Tsarnaev at Umass-Dartmouth. In the wake of the bombings, he texted them, along with one other friend, and told them to go to his room and "take what's there," prosecutors said. (An earlier report phrased that quote slightly differently.) Prosecutors say Kadyrbayev shoved items in a garbage bag—reportedly including a laptop and a backpack full of fireworks—with Tazhayakov's "knowledge and agreement." They then allegedly threw those items in a dumpster. Read These Next NC mom missing for 24 years doesn't want to be found. FBI chief Kash Patel showed up in the Team USA hockey locker room.
