Now that the debates are over, Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are gearing up for a sprint to the finish—and given Obama's schedule, he may need to actually sprint. The president intends to visit six swing states in the next 48 hours, in an "around-the-clock" blitz, his staff tells the AP. First up: Florida, where he dusted off his "Romnesia" attack. "We had a severe outbreak last night … it was stage three 'Romnesia,'" Obama told a crowd, according to CNN. "If you can't seem to remember the policies on your website," you might have Romnesia, he continued. But don't worry: "Obamacare covers preexisting conditions, we can cure this."

Romney won't be idle, either; aides expect him to hit two or three states a day, starting today in Nevada, followed by a Colorado appearance with Kid Rock. Romney had his own response to the debate as well, debuting an ad including clips of his "apology tour" criticism of Obama, and attacking him for never visiting Israel as president, the Huffington Post reports. Fact checkers have repeatedly dinged Romney for the "apology tour" claim. (More Barack Obama stories.)
