Britain isn't getting over Mitt Romney's comments questioning its handling of the 2012 Olympics. London Mayor Boris Johnson, for instance, mocked the presidential candidate in front of a 60,000-strong rally today, the Huffington Post reports. "There are some people who are coming from around the world who don't yet know about all the preparations we've done," Johnson cried. "I heard there's a guy called Mitt Romney who wants to know whether we're ready. Are we ready? Yes we are!"

The crowd roared, and eventually even joined Johnson in chanting something that sounded a whole lot like Barack Obama's 2008 "Yes We Can!" mantra. Some blogs are also pointing out that Romney wasn't so kind to his Anglo-Saxon pals in his book No Apology. "England is just a small island," he wrote, according to Foreign Policy. "Its roads and houses are small. With few exceptions, it doesn't make things that people in the rest of the world want to buy." (More Mitt Romney stories.)
