Yes, it’s that time of year again … time for Ryan Reynolds to hand over his Sexiest Man Alive crown to fluent French-speaker Bradley Cooper, because People decrees it so. An apparently humble Cooper tells the mag, "I think it's really cool that a guy who doesn't look like a model can have this [title]. I think I'm a decent-looking guy.
