Occupy Wall Street is spreading to Main Streets across the US, with anti-corporate protests welling up in Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, and Seattle, reports the Daily Mail. Occupy Boston appears to be the biggest so far, with nearly 1,000 people setting up in downtown Dewey Square. The Reserve Bank of Chicago also saw protests beginning Sept. 23, and about 100 people gathered in Seattle over the weekend.
Groups appear to be showing know-how from the Occupy Wall Street originals, with the new groups similarly forming tactical groups for media, legal, food, and other organizational issues. Organizers say protests are picking up steam and should soon be appearing in Albuquerque, Phoenix, San Francsico, and Washington DC in the coming days. (More Occupy Wall Street stories.)
