One problem, notes the BBC: When the show aired on state TV, the Medvedev skit was nowhere to be seen. The Kremlin swears it had nothing to do with the decision—Medvedev has maintained a sense of humor about his dancing skills all along—and one political analyst thinks it might be a classic case of self-censorship on the part of weak-kneed execs at Channel One.
