Fred Thompson isn’t buying “We Report, You Decide.” The Republican White House hopeful yesterday blasted Chris Wallace on "Fox News Sunday," accusing Rupert Murdoch’s network of skewing its election coverage against him. Thompson said belittling his campaign and calling it troubled has become “a constant mantra" on Fox, the Politico reports.

The candidate, the first Republican to allege Fox bias, had opted for the network when launching his campaign and to offer softball questions when he hit early rough spots. But the honeymoon is apparently over. Thompson bristled when Wallace showed clips of pundits expressing disappointment in his campaign. “I understand the game of buildup and I understand the game of takedown,” he snapped.
