(Getty Images) The head of the IMF has been taken into custody by New York City police and is being questioned in connection with the sexual assault of a hotel maid. An NYPD rep says Dominique Strauss-Kahn was pulled off an Air France flight to Paris this afternoon at JFK after he left the Manhattan hotel; he apparently left his cell phone and other personal items in the room. The 32-year-old maid tells police that she entered Strauss-Kahn's room at 1pm today and said that he tried to sexually assault her. The maid fled the room and called police.
