Maybe it's revenge for fox hunting. Nervous Brits are reporting neighborhood stalkings by new "giant" foxes, apparently growing fat on easy pickings like garbage and pets. A 27-pound, 4-foot-long fox was recently killed in one town after killing a cat. Some 34,000 urban foxes live in Britain, reports the Telegraph. Twin babies were recently attacked by a pair of foxes in their East London beds. But animal rights advocates say foxes usually live on insects and small mammals, and pose no real threat to humans.
