A not-so-Good Samaritan helped a man who'd just had a heart attack by administering CPR in the parking lot of an Orlando store—then stole the purse of the victim's wife, say police. Jack Yandle, 30, rushed from the store to try to revive the man, but when medical crews arrived, he allegedly took advantage of the confusion and nabbed the wife's purse from the front seat of her car. The husband died, reports Florida Today.
"What was particularly unusual about this was the lack of compassion showed to the poor woman who just lost her husband," said a police spokesman. Yandle turned himself in when he learned of a warrant for his arrest. He faces theft charges.
